Last Saturday was our biggest skillshare yet. We had over 40 people show up to have some fun shooting bows and arrows and making good conversation. It was awesome! [scrollGallery id=42]
Yesterday was our pine needle basketry skillshare. We formed a long-table at the Waypost to gather around and work on our baskets. The group’s patience and intricate designs produced beautiful craftsmanship! [scrollGallery id=38]
We gathered with friends at Whitaker Ponds on Saturday to process acorns, crushing, grinding, winnowing, and leeching. Sarah brought some baked acorn treats that proved to be quite tasty. There were some walnut trees nearby, so we also harvested a basketful for future dye projects. [scrollGallery id=31]
