We had a booth last night at the OMSI Fire and Water Themed After Dark event! The folks there probably thought they were just gonna get some beer and wine, but we gave them more than they bargained for. In between getting startled by the pirates’ cannon and admiring the smithy’s awesome work, we had great fun teaching fire by friction! After working up a sweat drilling out some coals with Tony and Noah people came by our table to take a shot at IDing our animal skulls, and chat with me and Sarah and Kelila about things like local wild foods and the process of tanning hides. It was a good night.
